Quietly wait for the catastrophe of your personality to seem beautiful again, and interesting, and modern.
Tell that punk to find a cardboard box, put all his things in it and get out of here.

Bathtime Planetarium – I preface with this is Japanese and I can’t have it, you can’t have it either. Can be aimed up or down into the water, doubles as a sealife/aquarium projector. Via a new favorite blog.
TV on the Internet – Mighty Boosh + Weeds! (Via Dan)
Remi Thornton – These night stills feel like summer to me… maybe because I’m only willing to stand outside when it’s warm out.
J.Richel – Portrait prints, these seem like something Susan would like!
Read The Curious Case of Benjamin Button – Beautifully typeset in PDF format.
The Lovely Light Pool – Self explanatory flickr pool.
Rediscovering Rasterbation – This is the best use of a laser printer, period. My personal preference is to leave the white margins.

Thursday Allison “roped” me (it wasn’t that hard really) into seeing Gogol Bordello at Toad’s place, in Richmond, on a worknight. I in turn “roped” Anna-Claire (also not so hard) into coming along for gypsy times. In my few hours spent there I enjoyed another long and never boring Gogol Bordello performance, a private Hot Lava show (practice), giant PBRs courtesy of AC, and Allison’s new palace in the sky. Bonus: Allison surprised me with my “Fans Only” Belle and Sebastian DVD that I wrote off as lost years ago. This is the only DVD I’ve ever owned with rounded corners.

At some point I created a point system, like breaking my life down into categories, and then in each category trying to achieve certain things in a week’s time. Every Sunday night I would tally up what I had achieved, for a total possible of 35 points. It was mind, body, career, personal management/ relationship contribution. It was pretty funny. It was really ambitious in retrospect. The stuff I set out to do each week was pretty much impossible.

Up too late working on work – my reward: Kenny vs. Spenny “Who Can Lose the Most Weight?”! I have never seen this on regular TV before, just On Demand. 2am must be primetime for Canadian reality game shows?
